El Dr Kevin Hall, nos ofrece una plataforma muy interesante donde podemos ir introduciendo los datos de la persona para ir ajustando según diferentes variables la pérdida de peso de la persona. The research behind the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Body Weight Planner (formerly called the Body Weight Simulator) is from work done by Dr. Kevin Hall’s research group at the NIH’s National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases to better understand how diet and exercise quantitatively contribute to weight loss and weight loss maintenance.
